Felipe Munoz

Executive Director
Florida Prime Sports

Felipe has spent his career developing athletes on the field while leveraging growth opportunities for the sports programs he leads. His high level visions and talent-development methods have led him to invitational participation within CONMEBOL/FIFA. Through these events he has firsthand experience organizing youth World Cup qualifying tournaments.  Most recently he served as the Head Director of Coaching at Florida Elite Soccer Academy where he oversaw the coaching staff development, tournaments and events organization, sponsorships and partnership planning, and coordination of new programs. Felipe implemented new and innovative techniques to increase enrollment, as well as running one of the largest soccer tournament and ID Showcases in the country. These events not only provided unique opportunities for players, but also brought significant revenue to the local economy. 

Prior to his role in youth soccer, Felipe served as an Athletic Director in a private school setting. He was also the Head Coach of the Texas A&M Int. University Women’s Soccer Team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Int., holding a bachelors degree in Fitness & Sports, as well as a masters degrees in Sports Management and Leadership. He has held the role of adjunct professor at Texas A&M Int. University in the field of Fitness and Sports. He is currently dedicated to building the best sports club in Florida. 

Chelsea Santoro

Director of Marketing

Chelsea is a career higher education administrator, currently serving as a Senior Director at Jacksonville University.  She lends her experience to Florida Prime by implementing technical platforms, garnering community support, and working to maximize program participation. Additionally, Chelsea has experience leading youth athletic and recreational programs as co-founder and operator of St. Johns Day Camps and WGV Soccer Academy.

Kris King

Head Coach Creekside

Coach Kris grew up in Youngstown, OH, playing baseball throughout high school. He carried this passion into college at Sante Fe Community College where he was an Academic All-American. He later transferred to Flagler College where he graduated with a degree in sports management. His coaching career began at Nease High School in 2008 where he was the Head Freshman Coach. In 2009, when Creekside High School opened its doors, he became the Assistant Baseball Coach and later became the Head Baseball Coach. His past 3 years as Creekside’s Head Coach have resulted in consecutive Regional Finals, a Final Four appearance, and a record of 54 and 17. Additionally, Coach Kris has worked with CBC for fourteen years.

Ladson Montgomery

Assistant Coach Creekside

Coach Laddy is an area native and Creekside High School graduate who participated in the Pan American Games, was a member of the U.S. National Teams, and won St. Johns County Player of the Year during this time. He later attended the University of Alabama, Chipola Junior College, and Florida State University where he hit .320 as a senior. He worked at Chipola Junior College as a Recruiting Coordinator and is currently the Assistant Coach at Creekside High School.

Reed Melcolm

Coach Reed played baseball throughout his high school years at Creekside, earning honors in all conference as a junior and a senior. He continued playing baseball in college at South Georgia State College and Thomas University. Coach Reed is currently the assistant Coach at Bartram Trail High School.

Ryan Fitzpatrick

Coach Fitzpatrick is entering his third year as the Head Coach at Bartram Trail High School where he led the team to District Championship in 2019. Previously he was the Assistant Coach at Creekside High School and was the volunteer assistant at UNF in 2014-2015. Fitzpatrick is a Bartram Trail High School graduate and went on to play college baseball at Seminole State College and Wingate University.
